Data Protection & GDPR Rights

Your personal data, your choices and how to exercise your rights.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

MOBILITY PRODUCTS LIMITED respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR where applicable. This page explains the rights you may have and how to contact us about a personal-data request.

1. Who handles your request?

The data controller for this website is MOBILITY PRODUCTS LIMITED. For a data-protection request, email contact@mobilityproductslimited.com or use our Contact page. Please write “Data Protection Request” in the subject line.

2. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access: ask whether we process your personal data and request a copy.
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete personal data where legal conditions are met.
  • Restriction: ask us to limit certain processing in circumstances provided by law.
  • Data portability: receive certain data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or request transmission where legally required.
  • Object: object to processing based on legitimate interests in circumstances provided by law. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
  • Automated decisions: request safeguards where a decision based solely on automated processing has legal or similarly significant effects, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • Complain: lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

3. How to submit a request

  1. Contact us using the email address or contact page above.
  2. Tell us which right you wish to exercise and describe the data or activity concerned, as far as you can.
  3. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and protect your data from disclosure to the wrong person. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and how to provide them securely.
  4. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Under GDPR, the usual response period is one month and may be extended where legally permitted for complex or numerous requests.

4. Requests about orders or accounts

If your request concerns a purchase, delivery, return or customer account, include the relevant order number or account email where possible. Do not include payment-card details or passwords. Some records may need to be retained to meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations; where applicable, we will explain any limitation on a request.

5. Marketing preferences

You may unsubscribe from promotional messages using the unsubscribe link in the message, where available, or contact us. This does not stop essential service messages about an order, account security or a request you have made.

6. Cookie and tracking choices

You can change or withdraw cookie consent through the cookie settings control on our website. For more information, see our Cookie Policy.

7. Security and confidentiality

We take appropriate steps to protect personal data and restrict access to authorised personnel and service providers who need it for legitimate purposes. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in your request.

8. Supervisory authority

If you are in the United Kingdom, you may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may contact the data-protection supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work or where an alleged infringement occurred. You may also contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
